Tony Bennett, age 91, is still on the road, with a voice as beautiful as ever. Last night he performed in St. Petersburg, and I just couldn't miss it.

The concert hall was filled to capacity, and the crowd adored him- partly because, I think, most of us were inspired by the shape he was in for his age. Regardless, the love was palpable.

At the end of the concert, with hands on his heart, he said “ I understand Cathy Slaght is in the audience. If she will come backstage I'll share the secrets of how I stay so young so she can make a protocol for the SRC.

Okay, that didn't really happen. I was just playing around with my conscious thoughts. That's not the way reality is created, unfortunately. But then, if it were that easy, maybe it would become BORING. Seriously, we seem to take so much for granted when it comes easy-

Anyway, MIND creates our reality, and the process is somewhat mysterious. MIND is a vast, unseen, data base of informational frequency, which we, operating as biological computers, process and then turn into our reality.

Yes, thoughts play a major part - but it's complicated. You know, conscious vs unconscious, intent, repetition, consistency, voltage, that kind of thing.

Until recently, mainstream science didn't share much information on all this, even though scientists are well aware of how it all works. But, since most scientific research is funded/owned by the corporate structure, it could be that  having the masses understand the truth about the power of thoughts  would be a profit drain.

BUT, things are changing- we are now breaking out of many delusions.

Anyway, a few delusions seen by many as TRUE - the default world view, so to speak-

We are lumbering robots with programmed brains.
The universe is made up of unconscious matter.
Nature is purposeless.
Biological heredity is in our genes.
Laws of nature cannot be changed.
Your mind is inside your head.
Thoughts cannot work at a distance
Mechanistic medicine is all that works.

These concepts- often DRUMMED into us - are FALSE. In fact, we now find ourselves realizing as TRUE things we never could have even imagined.

For example, there is documentation that shows some of the  Chinese masters lived (and stayed youthful) for HUNDREDS of years. They taught that thoughts of fear, pain, and grief create what they referred to as “the ugliness of old age”. 

Here's what they are said to have suggested to their conscious minds every night before falling asleep: (they believed personal power is related to evolving habits, so had specific daily routines)

“I now realize that there is within me a spiritual joy-body, ever young, ever beautiful. I have a beautiful spiritual mind, eyes, nose, mouth, skin- which now, tonight, is perfect.”

Why not give this a try, or even send the message energetically via the SRC?

Also, since we now know the Universe is mathematical in nature – just a bunch of codes- here's a code that could be written down and placed under a mattress or pillow: (Sure, based on what we've been taught, it sounds crazy- but what if it WORKS?)
