How many of us have clothes hanging in the closet that will NEVER be worn again? Maybe they're size 2-  but we can't part with them.

It's the same with thoughts.

Thing is, at some point we may decide, or be forced, to clean out the closet.

It isn't so easy with thoughts.

With a little awareness of how anger, fear, worry - and so on- can wreck a life, we struggle or fight to control them, and may feel guilty when we can't.

But what if we should be doing the opposite- in other words, welcome these thoughts, appreciate them?

Think about it- in a world where we only see .1% of our "reality"- how much are we actually seeing accurately?

What if  lower vibratory thoughts and emotions are just "tools" that come along to teach us that we have the power to shift them?

Quick example- back in the 80s I took Silva Mind Control. One simple thing from that course changed my life- a simple phrase:

CANCEL,CANCEL

Whenever a negative thought came into consciousness, these words, supposedly, acted like a cosmic eraser.

I thought "what can it hurt to try this?"

And I believe this one concept changed my life. Till then, I'd been a chronic worrier. Not without reason- my family life had been filled with one crisis after another.

Even after leaving home, I lived in a sense of dread that something horrible was going to happen.

And funny thing, seems like it often did.

But after learning about "cancel, cancel"  every time a fearful or anxious thought surfaced, I repeated that phrase to myself.

Thoughts of worry and fear, after a time, actually began to disappear. Turned out they were like mischievous children who just needed to understand who was boss.

It wasn't like a magic wand, of course. Still, it was a huge start towards understanding the power of the mind.

It gave me a great passion to learn as much as I could about things like this, and that has never changed.

So, this weekend, in another workshop, I learned something else that could end up being  transformative.

It's a manifesting technique known as RUCAT.

Had never heard of this before. No one else I've mentioned it to has either.  

Apparently there's a book about it- The Inner Christ.

Ordered it, and will keep you posted.

Or, you may want to get it for yourself.

Thought- emotion- action- when pulled together - can create miracles.

And in this inverted world, we may need all the help we can get.
