To Pull Your Vision into Manifestation by Cathy D. Slaght
 
…emotions are key.
 
This includes manifestation of world events…we are collectively creating the world we desire through our emotions.
 
SO- based on how things seem to be going, maybe we should give this more consideration.
 
A key factor related to emotional control could be that we, on both personal and collective levels, have gotten confused about what it means to be happy.
 
Specifically, we may have gotten pleasure and happiness mixed up.
 
It turns out all this is related to neurotransmitter stress- specifically dopamine/serotonin balance.
 
Happiness balances neurons, causing them not to fire, which brings contentment. Pleasure causes neurons to fire, which brings addiction.
 
We could be a tad out of balance.
 
So yes, codes regarding all this can be sent via the SRC4u software, but lifestyle changes play a huge role:
 
A few lifestyle factors that influence level of happiness-

  1. Interpersonal connections (activates mirror neurons)
  2. Contribution (in the form of service, not necessarily financial)
  3. Coping (surprisingly related to sleep, interfered with because of so many screens/blue light and also cell phones
  4. Mindfulness- multitasking may be one of the biggest destroyers of happiness. The more things one takes on the lower the serotonin
  5. Exercise (balances dopamine and serotonin)
  6. Diet. Our next focus. There are certain foods that matter when it comes to serotonin/dopamine connection
