Am wondering if anybody's started a list - I did- and it turns out that Wednesday is a NEW MOON.

New moons symbolize new beginnings and offer energy to help people achieve their goals and/or start on a new project. So, I hope to have my list in place that day- even though it will continue to change as items are added and taken off. 

The power of the list is said to depend on the level of consciousness/voltage of the one who wrote it, though. That's why Whitman, in his book Logic in Sequence, said after making a list the second step is to boost PHYSICAL health.

(He's not leaving emotions out- he offers some information on levels of consciousness as they apply to emotions. It's just that the physical has a major impact on the emotional.)

Here's what he says in reference to emotions/level of consciousness -

The lowest level is apathy. This involves inactivity. Any help must come from outside. Self-discipline is non-existent.

Working with a field of energy that offers ALL solutions...set in place by GOD...which is LOVE... is impossible. Voltage is just too low.

A notch up is grief. (level 5) Here a person looks at him/herself as a victim of the environment. Visualization, like Neville's “awakened imagination” can't even be considered. Consciousness is still too low.

Moving on up, level 4- is a state of fear and security mindedness. Here, a person may believe there's a God, but, if so, it's a punishing God that one must obey through groveling. The God of love is non-existent which- again- keeps consciousness at a lower level.

Level 3, according to Whitman, is ANGER. This is actually an increase in consciousness, but still not in line with creating the life desired. Thing is, anger may be necessary to bring a person to the next level, which is...

PAIN, (level 2). This offers an opportunity/choice to move UP to:

(and if we don't take this opportunity we may get to repeat the entire cycle)

LEVEL 1- where the possibility that we are ALL one with GOD/an energy of LOVE can be put to the test. This means we begin to create what we consciously desire.

To some, this sounds a little crazy. The reason could be that they're so stuck with their current perceptions that they refuse to examine or change them. This keeps them from using their powerful creative ability (imagination) to bring in something different.

Case in point: It seems that a number of cities in the US- Baltimore is getting the attention right now- are worse than any 3rd world country you can name.

The POINT - now that there's awareness, could we put this type of thing on a list to FIX? (yes!)

Meanwhile- there seems to be a great deal of anger.

But, remember, sometimes it takes anger to move UP.

For today, etheric not physical, we're still running from yesterday. Current theme is addictions.

So, in the Recharger we're de-stressing the YIN organs- liver, heart, lungs, spleen, and kidneys- starting with CLEAR, which is taking 17 hours.
