WHAT DOES A BROKEN HEART THINK? by Cathy D. Slaght
Yesterday, with the intent of increasing life force in order to open new pathways in the etheric field- so we can pull in what we DO want- we first worked with stress related to vitality of organ systems. Then we dowsed in some positive, uplifting statements. When this information was put into the SRC in cocktail form, the theme was HEART EXCESS. In terms of Chinese philosophy, the ancient book of definitions (Neijing) refers to the heart as the seat of consciousness and intelligence. It is, for that reason, the RULER of the human body. It says “ If the ruler's vision becomes distracted and unclear, the PATH will become congested.” Could this be talking about the ETHERIC pathway”? Seriously - those ancient Chinese sages REALLY understood energy! This book goes on to say “ If we lead lives that are centered around distracting thoughts and activities, harmful consequences will result.” In other words, suffering is related to distraction of THOUGHTS. We don't focus on what we want. How might the distraction of a broken heart factor in? Yesterday, for example, I worked with someone who had been diagnosed with breast cancer. She went through a devastating divorce years ago, and said she'd never really gotten over it. Then, in came a call from someone who's having one problem after another concerning her health and business. This has all come about after not one but TWO devastating losses in her personal life- TWO broken hearts. So a few other messages from the sages - “do not burden yourself with depressing thoughts. Do not get anxious about future events that may never happen. Do not dwell on things that are well in the past.“ Seems like they're saying - make a conscious effort to control your thoughts. Live in the now. Decree what you WANT. But also they say “ do not will, do not strive, do not be inflexible, do not be egotistical.” In other words, don't' try to FORCE things - there's a big picture. Know the Universe will supply your highest good. And, one more perspective- Chinese doctrine believed intense and prolonged emphasis on JOY can also impair a person's focus and concentration. How many of us are constantly trying to distract ourselves by some form of entertainment- TV- internet- some of us may even EAT just because we're BORED. (nobody I know) With awareness of all this, can we choose to make some changes? Or have we lost heart? Today's work- etheric, not physical- https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cbQhbgIiXn
Also, here's a link to a meditation that is said to restore health- it can be played while you're sleeping.
