Back in February we started a “chakra detox”, devoting about 30 days to each phase.

Kept it simple - details are on ourspirit.com. Please take a look if you haven't already. You may not agree with all the steps recommended, but it's valuable information.

This detox started at the bottom, or ROOT/FOUNDATION chaka, with the intention of pulling energy UP.

So, the first step involved adding a pinch of pink Himalayan salt to every gallon of drinking water.

Next, the Creation chakra detox involved eating living food/drinking pure water every day, along with praying over these substances.

Then - The Hara chakra- this is said to be where “super human” power comes from in martial arts. Also, it's seen as the seat of intuition.

Regular cleaning of the bowels was recommended, in the form of colonics and detoxes. But, aas we discovered, research doesn't always bear out the benefits of these actions.

(some experts say the toxins just go to weaker tissues)

Moving forward- the Solar Plexus chakra detox is about taking care of the liver. Flushes were recommended, but, again, research doesn't' necessarily bear out that this is a sound approach. Toxins may just move to weaker tissues.

It could be that we should be detoxing EVERY DAY by simply eating living food, drinking pure water, prayer. The daily SRC work could be a part of this process as well.

All this focus on the lower chakras, though, is because we're working towards pulling our energy up to the HEART CHAKRA..

This is the platform for higher human development.

The focus with the heart chakra detox was on preventing infection. Silver water was recommended, but, as always, do your own research.

Now we're at the THROAT CHAKRA.

This involves SPEECH, which gives rise to the creation of the things of the HEART.

Turns out this phase of the detox is about maintaining optimal PH- so we'll go into that- but there's something else we should examine.

Do we still have free speech?

According to various social platforms, NO.

So, a checklist:

• can you talk about what you believe without the fear of offending people? OR
• are certain forms of speech just WRONG?
• If you say, or even indicate you are thinking of saying something wrong, do others have the right to assault you?
• and, if so, who decides what's wrong?

Since I'm just a plain person maybe I should keep quiet about all this.

But, the more I see the suppression of free speech, the more talkative I get.

In fact, am reading a very interesting book, CANCER FREE: ARE YOU SURE?

Hopefully we still have the right to share this information via a post or two. And yes, PH will tie in.

Meanwhile, for today's work, the Premium software continues to work on lung related stress, still focused on the liver.
