WHAT TRIPS YOUR BREAKER? by Cathy D. Slaght

There are millions of “wires” that go from the brain to all parts of the body. But every part has a breaker.

We have THOUSANDS of these breakers. Some are influenced genetically, but typically the problem is environmental.

Fortunately, we can resolve much of this- there is almost no excuse for saying “I can’t move forward because…”

The problem is that many just aren’t up to major changes in their habits of daily living. Their stress level is too high.

So, here are a few EASY tips to start flipping those breakers back on. Try out one or two, or even all of them!
  1. Buy a new toothbrush every month. Dentists say we have no idea how many germs accumulate on our toothbrush and there is no way to clear them. Since dental can be such a huge source of stress, this might be a way to turn some breakers back on.
  2. Check out orgonite- you may want to purchase some to protect against EMF.
  3. Incorporate blue/purple foods into your diet.
  4. Eat simple, whole foods.
  5. Consider putting a Himalayan salt lamp in your bedroom, Leave it on all day, turn it off at night.
  6. PLAY- it’s as powerful as morphine for the nervous system, with none of the harmful side-effects
  7. Laugh- at the least, you can always pull up some funny stuff online!
  8. Write poetry or journal
  9. Make sure you don’t isolate- get out of the house once a day, talk to a positive friend
  10. Walk. A recent study said a person who sits at a desk all day should walk 7 miles a day.


We have so much to do and be. Start with a few of these simple steps. With time, more steps will be added, and they will be harder.

But you will have discovered you can do hard.
