Was reading an interesting article-

It said the majority of people approach health in one of two ways. About 90% percent wait until something starts hurting, then go to the doctor. About 9% practice preventive medicine. They attempt to do all the right things so  they don’t get sick.

This is a step in the right direction, the article continued. But most don't have the skills and knowledge to truly customize a health regimen for their own unique make-up. They blow a fortune on products and therapies, with no results.

This reminded me of an experiment done a few years ago. Using an ORAC machine, which measures potency of supplements, a group of researchers got samples of every nutritional product they could obtain.

In testing with the ORAC, they discovered that not only were many of the supplements on the market "dead", some actually made people worse!

But fortunately there's a 3rd approach to maintaining health. It would put you in the 1%. You would be a  "future pacer".

Future pacer? Well, the article mentioned the sci-fi movie Minority Report with Tom Cruise. People were arrested BEFORE they committed their crime. An oracle knew ahead of time when someone was going to do something illegal.
