We live in a culture that says the meaning of life is to get what we want.

THEN we will be happy.

So, we race off into the world – for many that means being busy all the time, for others it’s all about making as much money as possible for freedom, status, ability to get everything we want…

…some put their conscience in the freezer for this.

Others turn to FOOD/other forms of substance.

Then there’s FOOT BALL BEER! MY TEAM!

Point being, – it’s all a big scam.

There’s a deeper level- beyond “happiness”- a deep level of purpose that brings action and satisfaction.

BUT- we need ENERGY for this- a level of physical health.

And, the catch - are we making decisions on how to “be happy” that damage our physical health, therefore keeping us from true happiness?

Possibly.

Health is related to many factors- a kaleidoscope of sorts- and we can't "see" most of what's going on.

This is part of the reason why stress-management software such as the SRC is an approach to wellness whose time has come.

Think about it- we’ve turned just about everything else over to computers.

Why not our health/ reality creation?
