11 Tips To Get The Most Out Of Your Daily Energy Clearing by Cathy D. Slaght
Every day a group of us receive a "virtual qi gong" energy clearing via a quantum software device known as the SRC4U. This work can be done from any distance. We even have a member in England. That's because the energy is traveling via the airwaves, much like frequencies carry the information for a TV show or the internet.
The purpose of this work is to clear non beneficial energy for each individual. As this happens, their voltage seems to go up.
Raising voltage is TRUE transformation. As your "numbers" go up, you pull in different information from the matrix. It isn't all that different from changing a station on the TV or radio.
This work is powerful done on an individual basis - in fact many have their own SRC4U system. However it's equally powerful when done in groups. After all, we're already connected.
In a group, each person accepts only the energy appropriate to them.
Results are typically experienced in layers: first the spiritual, then mental, then emotional, and finally the physical.
(The physical is the slowest to change mostly due to its density and our belief that healing in the physical must take time and be painful.)
This is what's known as subtle energy. Work is done on the etheric, not physical, level. The time it takes to see results varies from one extreme to the other. Some experience a shift almost immediately, others can take months, or, depending on the level of unconscious resistance, even years.
But think about it- many stay on a prescription or see a therapist for years, with no change ever! With a consistent focus on raising voltage there WILL be a change. The time it takes is primarily up to the individual, not just because of unconscious resistance but also because habits of daily living will play a part. As voltage goes up some habits may change on their own. But below are some ideas on how to "speed up" the shift:
1. Believe that you deserve abundance in all forms and give thanks for it daily.
2. Pray or Meditate daily
3. Eat high voltage food, cut down or preferably eliminate alcohol etc.
4. Exercise daily
5. Surround yourself with positive people.
6. Read uplifting books
7. Get out in nature
8. Turn off the TV, particularly the news, and avoid reading the newspaper
9. Turn off the radio in the car if you're tuned in to popular music
10. Stop complaining
11.. Laugh every day
