APOLOGIES TO TAMMY WYNETTE by Cathy D. Slaght
Yesterday I mistakenly attributed STAND BY YOUR MAN to Loretta Lynn, but it was Tammy Wynette. Probably should also apologize for screwing up her song. Anyway-
AND YOU BECOME WHAT YOU THINK. But WAIT. How you THINK- in terms of being able to imagine, visualize, is controlled by the PITUITARY. That’s why this gland, about the size of the tip of the little finger, plays such a major role in the creation of your world. (to be accurate, some say it’s TWO glands- as it consists of two separate parts, anterior and posterior.) Either way, it’s the thermostat that controls all the other glands. This then ties in to body chemistry and hormone production. Hold that thought- here’s another topic from a few months ago - Natural Law. These Laws effect every aspect of your life. Albert Einstein said a study of these Laws convinced him there was spirit, or God, manifest in the Laws of the Universe. There is one Law that, if applied correctly, could revolutionize your life. It’s so simple that many ignore it. We’re going to get to it tomorrow, but to really maximize its power you’re going to have to make sure your pituitary is in good working order. For myself, I again have started having a nutritional shake when I break my fast at around 12pm each day. It’s the only way I can get what I need without spending a fortune on organic foods. I apply essential oils, as well, and take enzymes before each meal. Am still working my way up to the turmeric water. (The ideal situation is to eat whole organic foods- but unfortunately our foods are nutritionally depleted, so it’s hard to get enough of them IN.) Here are some suggested foods, though, that can benefit the pituitary. First, for potassium, there’s buttermilk, yogurt, chicken, fish, and tuna. For calcium- vital for pituitary gland health- would be dark green leafy vegetables, sesame seeds, chia seeds, oranges, quinoa, blackstrap molasses, beans, broccoli, dried fruits and nuts, and dried herbs such as basil. Do your own research on milk- you may choose not to drink it. Also, I would recommend checking with your doctor before taking calcium supplements. For iodine- sea vegetables, cranberries, yogurt, navy beans, strawberries, raw cheese and potatoes. (all organic.) If it’s true that our world is created by the capabilities and limitations of our own thinking style, which is related to pituitary endowment, it might be more important than we realize to pay attention to what we eat and drink.
