I mean, after all, Rhianna has one.
In terms of prosperity, if you WANTED such a fur, the proper comment would be
“I don’t choose to have a $15,000 fur at this time.”
In other words, you’re not saying (programming yourself) for lack by whining and/or complaining, but rather stating that WHEN YOU CHOOSE you can have one.
Because it’s true- choice is your ticket.
But sometimes it’s difficult to choose- that’s why we’re working to improve intuition.
INTUITION IS THE TRUE LANGUAGE OF CHOICE

HERMINE KILLS 2, BUT DOES SUGAR KILL MILLIONS? by Cathy D. Slaght
Really blew my intermittent fasting “window’ yesterday-had two pieces of pizza at midnight.
To clarify- I discovered earlier this year that curtailing my eating from noon- 8 pm each day helped me slowly release weight- AND supposedly is great for the liver.
This is called intermittent fasting. Plenty of information online.
Then the other day I started reading about another eating style - OMAD
One meal a day.
At first this sounds nuts- but again, you might want to check it out.
Remember, we’re “programmed” with many beliefs that may not serve us. SO, are we 100% SURE we need 3 meals a day?
Could eating that much food actually lower voltage and curtail intuition?
(if this information irritates you, or even makes you angry, that’s how we react when we’re programmed)
Anyway, back to intuition- one of the most devastating blocks to our intuition could be SUGAR-
it’s in everything. There’s no need to harp on this- we know sugar isn’t good for us.
However, many are unaware that virtually ALL processed food is loaded with sugar- they think if they don’t eat desserts or drink soft drinks they’re not really consuming “sugar”.
Also, they may not know that sugar is more addictive than heroin.
Maybe that’s why intermittent fasting or OMAD can be so beneficial- with time, it seems to help break sugar addiction. You find yourself craving whole foods during your “window”.
BUT that pizza I ate last night was loaded with sugar. Here are some of the ways it could have thrown me off:

The headlines today said they’ve been accused-
And of course it might not be true-
But there could be a more silent form of terrorism, involving more than the soft drink industry…
-The damage done to our intuition through caffeine and/or sugar
We all have a built-in system of intuition- for our very survival on this planet.
What puts it out of calibration is STRESS.
When stressed, the nervous system (known as our ancient brain) and endocrine systems are designed to work together- they’re linked by the hypothalamus.
However, the most important glands related to stress and intuition are the adrenals and pituitary.
So what happens if these systems lose their balance?
According to NUTRITION FOR INTUITION, by Doreen Virtue and Robert Reeves- here’s how it’s SUPPOSED to work:
“When the nervous system recognizes stress, it sends a message to the hypothalamus, which releases hormones to send to the pituitary. THEN the pituitary sends hormones to the adrenals, which release a hormone to reduce the effects of stress.”
Problem is, the adrenals can get fatigued- even “burned out”. This may be the case for as much as 80% of our population! Here are some signs-
If you’re suffering from adrenal fatigue your intuition is not going to serve you as well- the energy will not be available!
To turn this around, experts say you MUST start with DIET.
And the first step may be to modify caffeine and sugar intake.
Some foods to ADD would be those high in B vitamins and magnesium- also, according to Dr. Axe (plenty of info online)- coconut, olives, (and their oils) grass fed butter, loads of green leafy vegetables, seaweed.
Dr. Axe also mentions vitamin D and Selenium- and I’ve read that just 3 BRAZIL NUTS A DAY may give us all the selenium we need!
There’s also a group of herbs known as ADAPTAGENS that are highly beneficial to the adrenals, according to Dr. Axe. The one that’s benefited me the most is YAKUNAAH, so that information is linked:
But also, steps must be taken to reduce stress. A daily quantum software stress management session, such as is received in the daily energy group, for example.

A week or so ago my webmaster suggested I start checking out US headlines and then aligning my own blog titles with them- to possibly bring in more readers.
Usually I don’t look at major media headlines.
Because, let’s face it- we know the mainstream media plays us- it’s driven by the corporations.
Instead I look at a few alternative sites- left and right- check on who voted for what in Congress, watch speeches on www.youtube.com, and so on.
So when I started scanning mainstream media headlines each morning, of course I already realized that most of the TOP ones would be giving misleading or even totally false information.
But it was even worse than I had realized.
So, how do people know what’s TRUE?
I mean really- I have time to research, and actually enjoy it- but most people don’t, on both counts.
Yes, there’s quantum software, I-Ching…
But maybe the BEST way to KNOW TRUTH is to develop one’s own intuition.
That’s going to be the focus for September.
Our brains use automatic, unconscious processes to evaluate our surroundings.
But, because of stress, this “operating mode” doesn’t perform the same for everyone.
And what is the most common form of stress?
So we’ll start there.
There are foods and drinks that turn on intuition and others that turn it off.
Tomorrow we’ll look into the “psychology” of this, then move on to some recipes.
When the news outlets distort facts regarding Presidential candidates- one in a positive way
the other in a negative-
And I continue to see this on a daily basis.
It helps me decide who to vote for.
