ARE YOUR THOUGHTS UNDER YOUR CONTROL? by Cathy D. Slaght
Yesterday we balanced energy/stress related to two thought patterns, a/k/a files, that were lurking in our etheric field:
1.Intolerance of others' defense mechanisms.
2.Too much multi-tasking, lack of accomplishment.
Since thoughts- conscious AND subconscious- create our reality, it's important to clear non-beneficial thought patterns such as these.
Put another way- these are low voltage thoughts, so can pull in a low voltage reality for the thinker!
Working with the S-he-motion, we took the stress (intolerance was at maximum stress) down to zero. Today in the scan we'll see what kind of charge remains. As you know, sometimes it takes repeated balancing, as the field can balance and then “snap back” into stressful patterns, especially those held for many years or a lifetime.
This is why receiving an energetic balancing every day can be such a benefit-
Meanwhile, where do thoughts like these come from? For example, why are some people intolerant of weaknesses in others, or find themselves running around in circles, not getting anything done?
Well- there are four biochemicals that control thoughts: dopamine, acetylcholine, gaba an serotonin.
Surplus or deficiency of any of these- they're known as neurotransmitters- skews our thoughts!
We're going into depth on this over the next few days. It's extremely important information for those who wish to create the reality they desire.

Meanwhile, the S-he-motion gives messages- here's what we received yesterday, as we went from a stress level of 10 down to 1, related to intolerance and multi-tasking/lack of accomplishment:
Speak 3x: I radiate self respect.
Speak 3x: I am a good person.
Please remove any blockages preventing the transmutation of any non-beneficial energies within my energetic field.
Speak 3x: I am benevolent.
Speak 3x: I am teachable.
Admit errors early, apologize, ask for forgiveness. Voiced sincerely, you are forgiven.
Think outside the box and invite others to join you there.
And- a LONG message at the end-
“Who are you helping most when you forgive the person who hurt you? Actually, you're helping yourself more than the other person. I always looked at forgiving people who hurt me as being really hard. I thought it seemed so unfair for them to receive forgiveness when I had gotten hurt. I got pain, and they got freedom without having to pay for the pain they had caused. Now I realize I'm helping myself when I choose to forgive.”
This forgiveness theme could be significant - because over the next few days you may decide to forgive yourself and/or others for various “flaws”- as you realize what out of balance neurotransmitters can do to thoughts and behavior!
