Beating the Awakener by Cathy D. Slaght
I have a new hero. His name is Tommaso Campanella. He lived back in the 1500s, but I think he'd really like what we're doing with our group energy sessions. This guy understood quantum energy. Talked about it too, which got him some negative attention. You can see one of his quotes in the "Eggs, Feathers, and Death" post. That was far out talk back then, and earned him the label "heretic".
He was imprisoned, and soon realized his only defense was to pretend to be insane. (Think about it, when you talk about an unseen field of energy, you do sound kind of nuts to those who aren't familiar with the scientific findings. Back in the 1500s this kind of talk was especially threatening, because the Church was opposed to all things scientific.) Anyway, a torture device called "the awakener" was used to help him see the error of his ways. The idea was that the pain would be unbearable and that he would confess to being sane in order for it to stop. Here's a description of "the awakener".
"The victim is suspended in such a way that only his arms and shoulder muscles prevent his body from coming to rest on a set of wooden spikes. Eventually he tires and must allow the spikes to gash his buttocks and thighs until he can once more raise himself. Thus between these positions he must move back and forth."
He could stop the torture at any time by confessing to be sane. However, he would not do that. His torturers told him he was going to die, and he found the strength to cry out "the soul is immortal!" After 40 hours, near death, but spiritually unbroken, he was cut down. His" insanity" had been established, therefore he could not be executed.
Campanella's jailer had become his friend, and recorded that as he lifted the broken body from the embrace of "the awakener" the supposed madman whispered "did they really
think that I would be enough of a blockhead to speak?" LOL I love this guy. He was indomitable. He constantly made use of his brilliant mind. He won back his liberty. In fact,
he actually became a European celebrity.
And maybe we've all had an experience - hopefully not that harsh, of course- with the awakener. Devastating physical or emotional experiences can torture the soul. We can become so numbed out from pain that we go on autopilot and create more of the same. As
a friend told me years ago, when I was in the midst of yet another crisis, "Cathy, you're digging a hole you're never going to get out of".
But it can go both ways. "The Awakener" can end up being a blessing. It caused me to be desperate enough to take a look at a strange kind of software, something that worked with
quantum energy. I learned how we REALLY create our lives. It's all vibration. When our vibration is low, we match up, energetically, with lower vibratory things like poor health,
lack, etc. When it's high- well, you get the idea. It's actually about stress. We're frequency
beings. Stress causes our frequency patterns to produce static. When that happens, vibration goes down.
The daily energy sessions assist in clearing lower vibratory patterns. It takes time, of course, because our energy wants to "snap back" to where it's accustomed to being. That's why the repeated sessions can be so powerful- the field gets a chance, finally, to hold the adjustment to the higher vibratory levels. If you're curious as to what is done each day, today's session is posted below. And remember, a huge part of the process is awareness. This kind of work can provide you with information you might not get any other way, as it's from the etheric field, which is your blueprint.
