Some time ago an article came out that said there were 3 words that could calm anxiety.

The 3 words are "I Am Excited".

For the past 7 days I have been very excited.

It started with a car accident a week ago Saturday. Was sitting at a red light, between a pick up truck and a Prius. We all got nailed from behind by a 4th car.

So, there's that.

THEN- had arranged to have the house tented for termites. Big expense plus having to double bag every food, supplement, plant, cosmetic item, cleaning supply- and, on top of that, leave the house for 3 days.

(3 days out of town with my daughter. Can't complain, it was wonderful.)

Still, the house is in chaos.

Getting back in last night, I decided to wash clothes before starting the major job of putting the everything back together. Threw all my clothes in the washer, poured on detergent.

Washing machine didn't work.

Of course none of this is really a big deal.

Everything can be fixed.

But what about the world situation- can that be fixed?

For example, look at what's happening in Europe.

And this country seems to be in a low grade revolution. One candidate, some say, is Hitler-  yet the ones protesting the loudest seem to be thugs and/or criminals themselves.

Many have equally hard feelings against the other potential candidate-

And then we have our everyday problems- health, money, relationships-

All this stress seems to be intensifying.

Which lowers voltage, bringing in even more problems.

So maybe the SRC stress management technology has come at the right time.

And yes, I am excited.
