This sounds bad-

Not the term, for which I apologize if it's offensive, but the condition:

To be etherically constipated is to be unable- or refuse- to release negative emotions.

We hold the key to our personal destiny... but being EC jams the lock.

As global frequency shifts upwards,,more are realizing this and opening up to higher vibratory emotions such as love, compassion, gratitude...

The SRC can be a powerful assist.

For example, we've been running on stress related to the brow chakra as it relates to heavy metals. (heavy metal stress can be a factor in EC)

The Third Eye cocktail, added in another panel, completed quickly. This could be due to adding the crystal images- more on that another time.

Still, we obviously need some backup for the original panel.

Some factors related to heavy metal toxicity that must be addressed in the 3D world- mineral deficiency and over-vaccination, for starters.

On a subtle level-

The field generator is sending a code for the Pineal- a gland related to the Third Eye but NOT the Third Eye. 23 hours was requested.

In the SuperCharger we're receiving 24 hours of 741 hz, which is for clearing toxins.

And, the S-he-motion is in action.

The group requested balancing on 4 mental/emotional issues:

Malice towards others, worrying about what others think, “know it all syndrome”, and feeling unlucky.

After 30 minutes of stress management related to these 4 issues, the message was:

How high I aim, how much I see, how far I reach, depends on me!

So, maybe it's time to share some information on health care as it relates to whole food. 

This could solve etheric constipation and - well, you know- the other, too.

AND- what we eat depends on us, right?
