![]() FATTY ACID DEFICIENCY = BIZARRO WORLD by Cathy D. Slaght Someone was talking about an experience they had in a restaurant recently. Seems a camera was installed over their booth, set up to watch and record them as they enjoyed their meal. They asked the waitress to turn it away from them, and she did- but up till then she hadn't even noticed it was there! It had been invisible to her! Fatty acid deficiency? I say this because as many as 99% of Americans are deficient in FA. These fats are vital for cognitive ability- in other words, thinking. And we can certainly agree many in America don't seem to demonstrate rational thinking. Along with that, a staggering number are depressed, apathetic, and unfocused. All this could be related to fatty acid deficiency. In fact, science validates that fatty acids are more powerful than Prozac for depression. Few are aware of this. Our body can't make FA, so we must get these essential fats from food, except we can't really eat enough to supply all we need. (That's even if we eat real food, which most of us don't.) If you haven't been taking EFAs (essential fatty acids) you may want to go to the health food store right now and get some. Ask a manager to help you, but at the conference I recently attended one brand that stood out was Nordic. And over the next few days we'll examine some other ways fatty acid deficiency may be clouding our cognitive process. _______________________________________________________________________ Information for Daily Energy Clearing Group- etheric, not physical
