GIVE UP ON THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS by Cathy D. Slaght

In our series of life lessons, some finally realize the significance of turning away from the ego - and back towards the matrix, or Source.

(The ego is comparable to a computer operator who refuses to acknowledge the world wide web. He takes full credit for everything that appears on the computer screen.)

To figure out which way you're faced right now - ego or Source - ask yourself-  Where does your "stuff" comes from? Hard work? Luck? Manipulating others? Is it given to you by an authority figure?

The reality is that everything you desire is already here. You don't need to "pursue" it. It's  surrounding you, in frequency form. Your challenge is to accept it. You do this by increasing life force/spark/voltage so you can pull it in.

We're equipped to do this automatically. It involves using the whole brain.

There was a time the ego wasn't in existence except in times of extreme stress. But something changed.

Maybe there was too much stress.

The ego began to replace consciousness.

"Give me your complete obedience" it said. " I  am your source."

We forgot about our true Source, and started to believe we had to do everything ourselves. Then, because this resulted in struggle and lack, we looked for rulers.

Over time, the rulers became tyrants. Wars, disease, famine, lack in many forms became the human condition.

But now many are realizing the truth:

We have been trusting the wrong source.

or, put another way

A tomato does not grow because of the farmer.
