![]() HOW TO LIVE TO 150 by Cathy D. Slaght We're going UP in frequency – this is verified by NASA. AND we're in an unprecedented time in human history, THE INFORMATION AGE So, making the most of this- instead of focusing on what we DO NOT want, such as mineral deficiencies I found a great book- How To Live to 150 In Health by Dr. Dimitris Tsoukalas As he explains, the human body has an intrinsic ability to heal itself. When the cell is attacked- which happens 10,000+ times a day through poor diet, dehydration, lack of exercise, smoking, excess alcohol or drugs, and/or abuse of medicines … ...and I would add lower vibratory thoughts... Specific mechanisms are activated to correct most of the damage. It takes a constant and persistent effort to make ourselves ill. But, many of us are constantly and persistently deficient in minerals. Here's what Dr. Tsoukalas has to say: (we need awareness of this, so we can create what we DO want) “Minerals are absolutely essential for life. Each gland in our body needs certain minerals to function properly. Minerals are catalysts for the use of vitamins and the activation of many enzymes. You can trace a connection between the cause of each disease and a missing mineral element. Magnesium, for example, is involved in over 300 intracellular functions, a worrisome fact given that the majority of the world population suffers from significant magnesium deficiency.” One reason for this mineral deficiency is that our soil is depleted of minerals. (US and Canada are said to be 85% depleted, and this number is from 20 years ago.) So- just one example of the result- a green salad has a loss of vitamin A by 45%, potassium by 60%, and magnesium by 85%. This is further complicated by the processing of food- the more processed food a person eats, the harder it becomes for them to eat REAL food. Not eating real food leads to increasingly worse habits because of the resulting lack of energy. Here's what's happening. How many people do you know who suffer from one of the following dis-eases?
With this understanding, we can see it's VITAL to correct nutrient deficits- and of course we CAN. And- just so you know- at 150 we plan on being youthful, rich, and good-looking too :) Meanwhile, we've made great progress with the group work- one panel is now clear. On the other, where we were receiving the energy of Fire Agate, we're now finishing up by balancing the wood element (liver/gallbladder) with a theme of amoeba. The conflict and resistance factor is small intestine. All etheric, not physical
