IN THE WORLD OF DO by Cathy D. Slaght
It’s healthy to have some stress. The problem is that when the stress response is activated repeatedly it can affect the brain, immune system, even how DNA is read and transcribed. Hormones can get skewed, making impulse control a challenge. Looking around, seems like we’re seeing a lot of stress. (even more so on a collective level, which can impact us ALL.) That being the case, it makes sense to focus on what we can do about it. And- everything we need to figure this out is available. We’re surrounded by Absolute Intelligence. The Chinese worked with this “Intelligence” by observing Nature, which they considered a map to life. This involved breaking everything into elements- fire, earth, metal, water, and wood. Starting with the fire element- obviously, heat was involved. Since there’s always yin and yang, there could be too much heat, or too little. But- just one example- it seems that heating up the body may fight cancer. Speaking of which - a new Truth About Cancer Series is running- https://go.thetruthaboutcancer.com/eastern-medicine/hay-house/?a_bid=d3cd043c&a_aid=568ddc8ce5eb4 Another thing about the Fire element - the associated flavor is bitter. And yes, we need some bitter foods, like vegetables and herbs. In the new cancer series fermented herbs are mentioned- ginseng in particular- as being effective against cancer. Turns out fermented herbs are extremely bitter. (we now have an image of fermented ginseng in the sustenance balancer.) Much more to cover- but, obviously, it wouldn’t hurt to focus on adding more vegetables and herbs to the diet, fermented or otherwise. Speaking of which, the Aggressively Organic garden system has arrived. NOW I need to set it up-
Which means I shouldn't be procrastinating- Today’s scan, etheric, not physical https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cqfe21ZeWU
