![]() ITS A NEW DAY, WITH NO MISTAKES! by Cathy D. Slaght Or maybe I'm a little too optimistic- after all you don't change habits overnight. It's like our daily clearing- you don't have one or two SRC4U sessions and transform your life. (However with time there isn't much more transformative than this kind of subtle energy.) Anyway, I'll begin today to apply some of the things I learned on Saturday from Brian Clement (Hippocrates Institute). He provided a wealth of information regarding diet and lifestyle. They offer a 21 day retreat in West Palm, but since I don't choose to do that at this time (prosperity teachers say put it this way when the truth is that you don't actually have the money yet) I'm going to do the next best thing and apply some of their principles. It may not be perfect, but it's a start. This retreat is definitely on my bucket list. The site for this group is http://www.hippocratesinst.org. If you go there you'll see they're offering a FREE 10 day conference in Orlando, Florida, May 22-31, 2015. If you're nearby, that's great- but if you can't make it they are also doing live stream, plus there are replays! I don't plan to miss a day, even though I can't spend 10 days away from home. This group is on a mission. They believe we can change the face of humanity. To do that, more of us must have knowledge of what's really going on, which they are so generously providing. If you go to http://www.therealtruthabouthealth.com there's a way to sign up for the conference's live stream and replays, plus over 175 lectures by Brian Clement. This is a vegan group- I may or may not adopt this philosophy. But today for my breakfast I'll have a salad- that's all that's available, since I just got back in town last night. In all fairness, am on the road all day today as well, so can't predict what will happen. Ideally, I'd start the day with an 8oz green drink, but that will have to wait. The challenge is, I'm a food addict. Nearly all of us are, in one form or another, if we want to be honest. It's a recipe for disaster. I'm blessed, so far, with fairly good health because of the energy work and whole food supplementation. My diet? Not what it should be. And exercise? Virtually none. I take no drugs, though- 7 out of 10 Americans do. In fact, by age 70, 99% of all Americans are on prescriptions! Still, as a country we're sick. And Brian Clements says " You think you're sick now? We're GONE in the next 15 years if we don't turn this around! That's why I'm going to seriously take a new look at my lifestyle. After all, 85% of all disease is related to lifestyle. Yesterday breakfast was great, although not exactly vegan. My "food healer" friend prepared a beautiful salad with 1/2 avocado, beet slaw, a dab of the Co-Mayo and several sprigs of parsley. (By the way, if you make this wonderful coconut oil dressing - the recipe was in Saturday's post- be sure to have the eggs at room temp.) Check out what these foods do for our life force - you may even decide to grow a little parsley and put it on everything you eat! Today our group is working on stress related to the nervous system. The theme is heavy metal. We requested frequency to harmonize relationships and change negative child traits, as well as for emotional clearing. This is all about reclaiming our spark. Some lifestyle changes may be in order!
