We, as frequency beings, "communicate" with the matrix through our personal vibration, or voltage. Obviously the higher the vibration/voltage, the better, because the "good stuff" is higher vibration. Problem is, vibration is created primarily on the subconscious level.

Without an understanding of this, manifesting techniques can backfire. People try to use their conscious mind, or willpower, to create what they want, not understanding that the subconscious may have downloaded a different set of programs.

They don’t realize that FIRST a rise in vibration is necessary, in order to clear these non-beneficial programs. For example, maybe it’s necessary to give up a little junk food or television-

(And to picture the difference in power between the conscious and subconscious mind, visualize an ocean, with a cork floating around, all by itself. One little cork.  Your conscious mind is the cork.  The ocean is your subconscious mind. Do you see that the cork just bobs around at the mercy of the ocean? That's how life often works, at least for those who never figure all this out.)

With awareness of the role of vibration, the significance of the work we’re doing in the energy clearing group becomes all too obvious. Qigong energy is sent, virtually, to clear patterns of stress that may lower vibration. Along with this comes information- remember we’re in the “infinite wide web” – that may help in changing some habits.
