OUR CHOICES DETERMINE OUR DESTINY by Cathy D. Slaght

The brain acts as a central command center for the entire body. However, our personality and who we are is determined by the frontal lobe.

AND, it looks like we're supposed to do something special with it- look at the percentage  of the human brain the frontal lobe takes up compared to monkeys, dogs, and cats.

Taking this a step further, Neville Goddard, in his many books, said that what we call our "soul" is actually our freedom to choose. Choice is a frontal lobe function. When it's damaged by environmental influences - poor nutrition, chemicals, heavy metals, drugs, etc, - or even lack of discipline in childhood- we can lose that freedom, because we're controlled by our impulses.

One wrong choice- like deciding to get behind the wheel when drunk- can destroy a life.

But small choices, when "wrong", added up, can do the same.

For example- will you go out to breakfast today and eat dead, high carb food? Will you choose not to exercise, choose to hold on to negative thoughts, etc?

I say this because I struggle with these things myself. (Today I REALLY want to go out to breakfast and eat those dead foods. Am going into the 15th day of the reboot program, and the 8th day of juicing only. I don't want to juice today, I want pancakes.)

But once you begin to learn the truth - which we all can do with so much information available - there's a choice.

And what's the truth?

We're surrounded by an infinite ocean of information, in frequency form, designed to provide us with everything we need. We access it by matching the frequencies in our own energy system with what we want to "pull in" from the matrix.

This is all coordinated by our "voltage"- some call it "life force", but it's actually measurable in terms of voltage. The higher, the better. The more we abuse our body, the lower our voltage.

Fortunately, science also demonstrates that with new choices- which raise voltage- we can self heal.

Maybe, as more come to grips with this truth, this basic tenant of our existence, they will realize that we have no right not to be happy. We've been given all we need to create the life we desire.

We can choose to make it so. It's all voltage.
