When people experience hardship- whatever their definition of that might be-, they often wonder why. At least that's the way it was for me until I finally understood how our electrical universe really operates. "It CAN'T be me!" I'd wail. " I have all these wonderful positive intentions! I write affirmations! I'm not a bad person! I must have bad karma!" or- and this was always my personal favorite- " God has his favorites and I must not be one of them!"

I didn't understand, back then, that everything in existence is actually part of an infinite field of subtle energy. We're "communicating" with this field every moment of our lives. In it is everything we could ever want or need. All we have to do is ask- "Ask and it is given"- but our asking is not what we think. It isn't " Please Dear God bring me this or that". Instead, we ask on a vibratory level, much like we choose a television show or dial a cell phone.. And there's a problem with that. Our vibratory level is set by the subconscious, not conscious mind. The field, waiting for your request, is totally impartial. Whatever your vibe- that's what you get. As the Bible says, the sun rises on the evil and the good, and both the righteous and the unrighteous get rain.

This set-up is the source of so much misery, because the subconscious mind- the mind that sets our vibratory level- is programmed. It's like a big tape recorder, and has recorded 
everything that's ever happened in your life, which then serves to set your vibration. (It's even recorded events that happened to your ancestors.) To further complicate matters, the subconscious mind is all you have until around the age of 6. Did you know that? I didn't! At around age 6 the conscious mind finally develops. Do you get the significance of this? Until you were around school age, you were a little sponge, being programmed with many things that didn't serve you. It's this programming that sets your vibration and creates your life.

As stress is cleared on a daily basis, vibration will rise. As vibration rises, the lower vibratory downloads clear. It's simple physics. You don't need to know what the downloads are. There are too many. Sure, some obvious ones may come to mind, like when your parents installed the " I'm worthless" program. But there are thousands upon thousands of programs that cause us to devalue and disempower ourselves.

With that in mind, today we asked for the fitness cocktail. No question about it, exercise raises vibration! Below is the list- way too long, I know- of what's in the fitness cocktail. I wanted to make it available for the curious. 

But first, we also asked for "polymorphic transformation". This a powerful "energy cocktail" In future posts we'll be discussing these forms of interference, which are primarily subconscious programs.
