OUR PSYCHOPATHIC LOVER- FOOD by Cathy D. Slaght
Had a session this morning with a woman in her 30s who is ready to end a significant relationship- not with a person, but food. She intends to eliminate processed foods from her diet. And she said something intriguing - "The pain of this", she said, "is comparable to ending a relationship with someone you love very much, but who is cruel- doesn't love you- is unkind." And that about sums it up. Food actually dictates what consciousness we're in. Speaking literally, what we eat is absorbed by the blood and goes to the pituitary. If the food is "dead", as in processed, necessary alterations are made- i.e. vibration is lessened. So maybe it's time to rethink this relationship. It's a challenge, because life is so hectic. Plus, we may think we grab the processed foods because they're easy- but, let's admit it- we're probably addicted. So a few days ago there was a post on 7 things we could do to maintain optimal health. -make food and water your medicine -detox daily -balance the energy system daily -heal emotional wounds -work with a biological dentist - make essential oils a part of your daily routine - be proactive At that time I tried to make a video to demonstrate how easy it could be to incorporate much of this quickly and easily into a daily routine. What I ended up with, due to what some are kindly calling a learning curve, is just the sound track. Please listen. It's just a few minutes, but was such a pain in the neck that I hate to have it all for nothing. I was trying to share the following ideas- 1. Check out intermittent fasting. This is a lifestyle that allows the body to detox daily. 2. Consider drinking lemon essential oil in water every day. 3. Break your 16 hour fast with a juice or protein shake. 4. From there on out, within the 8 hour window, eat what you want. Really. Experts say the body can handle it if it gets a 16 hour window to detox. 5. And finally- and probably most important- drink two liters of pure water each day. This routine takes care of 3 of the essential 7. If you're in the daily energy clearing group, that takes care of another 3. All that's left is to "work with a biological dentist"- which is not a daily activity. Over the next couple of days we're going to talk about water. We can't live without it. But are you aware of the true source of fluid in the body? It's the intestines. Your intestines actually anchor your consciousness.
