RELEASING THE GRIP OF THE SHADOW SIDE by Cathy D. Slaght
There are many neurotransmitters- but the primary ones that define us are dopamine, acetylcholine, gaba and serotonin.
It's important to understand this, because surplus or deficiency regarding neurotransmitters is what controls our thoughts.
And thoughts are what create our reality.
A few examples of what can throw our creation OFF-
Poor diet, unrelenting stress, too much coffee or sugar, not enough physical activity OR rest, and- supposedly- predisposed genetic deficiency. (once you study this last item you may come to the conclusion that it is stress in various forms that may bring genetic deficiencies to the surface.)
But- there seems to be a further complication – modern day environment. Could THIS be why we're seeing so much erratic behavior- just a few examples-
Meanwhile, a starting point, if this interests you, could be to identify which of your neurotransmitter/s could be in surplus or deficiency at this time.
Braverman's book has a questionnaire, but there's also one online-
And an interesting thing- I was checking to see if I should put any nutritional products in the store related to neurotransmitters-
( in checking with the SRC, the answer was NO )
- and learned that Braverman has had a run of bad luck!
It seems he got involved in a creepy, expensive divorce. Also, he was targeted by quack watch.
This brings up some questions- but NOT regarding his book The Edge Effect, which provides outstanding information.
Instead, it makes me wonder why we so often see people have tremendous success and then lose everything and have to start over.
Maybe we need to investigate this at some point- since we're working to create with our THOUGHTS – what kind of thoughts could bring us UP and then back DOWN?
First, though, let's do what we can to get our brains balanced!
Braverman said this would take a combination of approaches- obviously, for example, some lifestyle changes but also working in innovative ways with newer technological devices that employ electrical stimulation.
With that in mind, here's our scan for today- etheric, not physical-
E-exercise- Wresting- 6 hours- :)
