![]() SET YOUR OWN FIELD by Cathy D. Slaght Is it possible that many have lost their adrenal “charge” simply because they're following the mainstream advice of NO SALT? If so, there's a misunderstanding- it's refined salt we need to avoid, not unrefined. This is a big deal. (There's plenty of information online about the benefits of unrefined salt, particularly pink Himalayan.) Anyway, it turns out some of the health-related information we've been presented with is FALSE, sometimes even DAMAGING. You'd almost think it was profitable to certain sectors for us to be SICK- Point being, it may not be a bad idea to double check everything ANY health practitioner advises. The information is out there. It just takes a little action on your part. So, here we are- millions of Americas are now said to suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, CFS. It's persistent, debilitating fatigue. It seems SOMETHING has caused their immune system to be inadequate, even dysfunctional The common denominator is exhausted adrenals. And they suffer- a person with CFS feels like they have the flu, except it never goes away. (Imagine dealing with the flu on a daily basis and you'll know what someone with CFS feels like.) There may be constant headaches, forgetfulness, confusion, irritability, joint pain, low grade fevers, lymph node tenderness or swelling, and muscular weakness. And, no matter how much sleep- there is never a feeling of being refreshed. So, something to think about- over 2000 years ago there was a great flood in China, followed by a plague. A great physician named Hua Tao traveled around the country to see if he could determine the cause of the plague. What he saw was that the people, because they had lost everything, were just sitting around. “People are like water!” he realized. “Water that sits around breeds pestilence, and the people, because they are sitting around are also stagnant, breeding disease!” So, he invented a new kind of exercise which became known as qi gong. It was a way to prevent stagnation by activating inner life force, or qi. In the energy group, we are receiving this type of exercise every day- but virtually. Experts say as the qi gong information is sent to the etheric field, the body doesn't know the difference from the actual exercise. (double check this!) So, for the group we're still receiving qi gong energy related to carbohydrate toxicity. The theme at this point is ANTI-AGING. Also, you might consider investigating some herbs that are said to boost the immune system- licorice root, milk thistle extract, alfalfa, spirulina, yarrow, ashwaganda, borage, bee pollen, black cohosh, blessed thistle, damiana, St. John's Wort, and ginseng. Because, as taught by the ancient discipline of qi gong - with greater awareness comes control.
