![]() SMALL CHANGES- THE MOST POWERFUL by Cathy D. Slaght For example, what if more homes had small indoor gardens? What if consuming fresh, organic food – which would be likely because it’s right there- then improved brain function? When KIDS are part of a household, what if THEY were put in charge of these gardens- how might this impact their lives? Maybe they wouldn’t become unintentional narcissists. (This syndrome seems to be on the rise.) Key characteristic of an intentional OR unintentional narcissist- no empathy or conscience. A couple more signs- and these could be related to the presence of a SECOND DIMENSIONAL CONSCIOUSNESS in the gut (second brain) known as CANDIDA… 1.Poor memory. The unintentional narcissist often seems to have no understanding or recollection of how they have harmed others. The intentional narcissist, on the other hand, has deliberately caused harm, but expects everybody ELSE to have poor memory. 2. Distorts and twists the words of others. The unintentional narcissist, through refusal to listen/investigate, hears only what he wants to hear. This becomes narcissistic when others are harmed as a result. Again, this could be related to stress/brain function. The intentional narcissist does the same, but with a victim in mind, intentionally manipulating, lying, and distorting reality. A few more thoughts- after all, it can’t always be blamed on the GUT- Maybe, as a child, the unintentional narcissist felt invalidated, ignored. There may not have been what’s considered abuse, just parents who were overwhelmed, frazzled, harried, Of course, neglect and abuse isn’t all that uncommon. At the other extreme, the child may have been smothered by over- zealous or controlling parents. Either way, they can only find solace inside themselves. They become wrapped up in their own emotional pain, shutting the pain of others OUT. A decision may be made that relationships are not all that important. People are only objects. (If you’re wondering how any woman could have a third trimester abortion, this could be it. As far as the doctors and legislators, that could be another story. ) POSTSCRIPT: a child who suffers from any level of trauma often goes on to attract more of the same as an adult, as that’s what they resonate with. Let’s get the word out that resonance can be changed. As far as our group work- over the last 24 hours we’ve switched themes, from girdle meridian disharmony, on to spleen, and now LIVER. Am hoping tomorrow we’ll be ready to move on. Am excited to share two new cocktails, compliments of Ray Foley- one for stress related to the endocrine system, the other on stress related to sugar. We just need a clean slate- on the SRC, for starters-
