SMOKING GUN: IS OUR REALITY DICTATED BY HOW LATE WE SLEEP? by Cathy D. Slaght
Well, I couldn’t do it- my internal clock went off at 1:30, 2:30, then right at 4 am. Out of bed at 4 a.m., back in at 4:17. Slept even later than usual- and had gone to bed at 10:30! No Youubes! Classic case of resistance to change. But there’s one thing you can count on once you learn about how your energy systems operate: It is up to YOU to decide what you want to be. I want to get up at 4 am to see the impact it would have on my life. There’s an excellent Ted Talk online- “Wake up at 4:30 for 21 days” by Filipe Castro Matos He says what you do with this time can change your life - Work out - Focus on personal projects- things that make you happy - Get up to date on relevant events- you can’t change the world if you don’t know what’s going on - Plan the day. - Check emails and prioritize them (we waste a lot of time on email) I’m determined to do this. Here’s one way the SRC might help with resistance to change- did this for the group instead of individually - since of course I’m in the group- Etheric, not physical http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cD6IogjaR0
