We’ve been working for several days now on stress related to MUSCLES/WOOD ELEMENT.

This apparently ties in to Lack of Appreciation.  It looks like we may need to spend more time here before moving on to protocols for Self- Love.

We’ll continue to work with the S-he-motion, but, for today with a focus on emotions related to the Wood Element. (liver/ gallbladder)

The emotions-

Love/Anger, Rage, Wrath, Righteous, Indignation, Forbearance, Adoration, Motivated, Assertive, Boredom, Helpless, Impotent, Passive, Humble, Choice, Proud, Distressed, Vengefulness, Resentment, Transformation, Responsibility, Unhappiness, Happiness, Irritability, Hostility, Content, Bitter

(There’s a chart that shows all this in the VSA, along with a new scanning list related to muscles.)

Via the S-he-motion, we selected the following issues related to the wood element:

​hates body-- 6
blaming mom and dad for adult choices 9
throwing off grief 10
understanding the law of sound 5
never satisfied 2
access purposefulness- 6
recognition of purposefulness as a free human being 5

For non-beneficial emotions, like “hates body, blaming, grief, and never satisfied we want the numbers to be a zero, or at most a one- for the beneficial, like understanding the law of sound, accessing purposefulness, and recognition of purposefulness we want a TEN.
 
Sessions were done with this in mind. The messages that came up with each adjustment:

Speak this 3 times today. I am a strong person
Speak this 3 times today. I face potential betrayal with courage
Speak this 3 times today. I find deep inner peace within myself as I am
There are well-dressed foolish ideas just as there are well-dressed fools.
Smell is a potent wizard that transports you across thousands of miles and all the years you have lived.
Find the work you were meant to do.  You will have more fun.
There is no one superior to you.
Law of Vibration, like energy attracts like energy.
Speak this 3 times today. I dare to live the life that truly reflects my deepest needs and wishes.

And finally, when optimal levels were reached: (all zeros and tens)

“We are never going to enjoy stability, we are never going to enjoy spiritual maturity until we learn how to do what’s right when it feels wrong, and every time you do what’s right by a decision of your will using discipline and self-control to go beyond how you feel, the more painful it is in your flesh, the more you’re growing spiritually at that particular moment.'

Also, a couple of months ago I ran across some holographic patches that supposedly help with PAIN. All this work on muscles makes me think I should mention it.

This energy patch approach is nothing new- I’d already tried a variety, handing them out to clients in physical pain, with little result.

(The SRC is subtle- it’s going to take TIME to balance out pain- I wanted something that could get the process started sooner.)

NEVER AGAIN I’d said, after blowing a significant amount of money.

But apparently the subconscious doesn’t hear words like NOT, NEVER, and so on…
