Every day I scan the energy group to see what they want to clear for the day.  There are a number of programs. Yesterday they requested, energetically, a program known as Timeline.

When the timeline is selected, that means there is a word or phrase that is causing great stress on one or more levels. The levels are" inherited, prenatal , past, taught, imposed, now, the future, all time

I have to type a bunch of words in the program before finding the one that generates the most stress- as this is a group, not an individual.

The word was "refugee". This present situation with Syria, ISIS, etc,  has generated a lot of stress, on the conscious and unconscious level.

So, I decided to write a limerick. (Since Michael Moore, with his broad influence, is advising us to open our homes, he's the subject of this one.)

My friends won't let me take road trips with them unless I promise not to get in limerick mode, LOL

Still, there's something about putting things in verse form that can relieve some stress- as well as express feelings- which is good for the health  - so here goes-  

I once had a hero named Michael
Who came across as a disciple
Showman and saint,
Rantings not for the faint
Matching whatever cycle

But then - in studying physics
I saw this was much more than civics
Because in three-D
Illusion is EASY
Could he be the greatest of mimics?

My first hint was Flint
(His very first stint)
His words did them in
(they'd committed no sin)
And he walked away with a mint

Years have passed, he's grown famous
His documentaries  amaze us
Preacher for the collective
Audiences relaxed, suggestive
The name of the game- US

Now in 9 homes he snuggles
While he's "down with our struggles"
30 million net worth
For his own rebirth
As he cashes in on our troubles

Plus it seems, with celebrity status
He sets an example-gratis
He says it's a sin
Not to bring refugees in
Otherwise we're really a bad-ass!.

He must have missed the excitement
Of a JV team known as ISIS
Or is he just playing with words
Teaching the fictional, made-up, absurd
Either way- here's my indictment:

Mike, are you real or a fake?
What's really on your slate?
Europe erupts in turmoil
Americans naturally recoil
We need a better debate

There's way too much confusion
I'd like to suggest a solution
End the war, stop these killings
Allow people to go home- fix their buildings
And hope they'll forgive our intrusion

They want out of here- you can't blame them
No homes, no jobs, this shames them
Who can thrive in this high tension?
Who's amping it up? what's their intension?
(Several ideas, not PC to claim them.)

As we pray for this situation and all that's related
We ask that the character of the refugees not be denigrated
We know we are one, and love is the answer
But this turmoil is spreading, much like a cancer
It's time for change that is not dictated
