For years I've tried to explain what I do for a living.

If I start talking about voltage, eyes glaze over.

So, recently I've been saying " I HELP PEOPLE INCREASE THEIR ENERGY AND BE MORE PRODUCTIVE."

(And it's true that subscribers to the daily energy clearing group report this result/phenomena.)

But it really is all about voltage. The daily energy work clears stress patterns which can reduce voltage.

Cells must have about 20 mv in order to work correctly. Many factors influence this, but it could be that one of the most crucial is hydration.

Cells are 70% water.

When we aren't hydrated, systems malfunction. Simple as that.

The body sends alerts- we call them "symptoms".

Unfortunately these alerts can be unpleasant, so we try to mask them.

But the reality is that symptoms are just a sign we need to recharge, or amp up. This "amping up" depends on HYDRATION. Our cells- via mitochondria and ATP production- are our batteries.

So here we are, drinking coffee, soft drinks, and alcohol- which dehydrate. Many say they don't drink any water at all- they don't "like" it.

For those who do make it a point to drink water, they tend to avoid what comes out of the tap. But if they're drinking bottled water, it's worse, because there are even more chemicals.

If you're already aware of this, so purchased an alkaline water machine, there's more bad news. The advertized benefits of alkaline water are, for the most part, a myth.

Instead, it's all about hydrogen. That's what's supposed to be in our water.

Hydrogen is the key to ATP production within the mitochondria, and the father of all other elements.

This has been one of the best kept secrets.
