![]() THE LIGHT FROM THE TAIJI by Cathy D. Slaght We continue to ask for stress management related to TAIJI POLES. This corresponds to the nervous system in Western Medicine, but what we’re really doing is strengthening the Light Body. (And, when you see references to GATES in the SRC work…and/or CHAKRAS, the Taiji Pole is the connection, so this is significant work.) But WHY is it significant? Well- for starters- life was not meant to be a bore, something we just have to endure. INSTEAD, each of us has a unique spark which we are here to discover. This should be an ADVENTURE. Unfortunately, this spark, for many, becomes compromised. It’s because our environment is so stressed that the ADRENALS end up running most of the time! So, speaking in terms of a healthy, blessed individual- not living in a third world country, or in any highly oppressed situation-
And- more stress than we might imagine related to the internet, social media, the hundreds of emails a day we keep having to delete, delete, delete… Plus - all the channels available on Amazon, Netflix, TV – video games- are you aware that the subconscious doesn’t know the difference between fiction and reality? Watch a high-speed car chase, your subconscious responds with the same stress as if you were IN it. Somebody in a movie gets shot- the adrenals respond as if YOU were personally involved. To repeat - THE SUBCONSCIOUS DOESN’T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FICTION AND REALITY. So yes, our adrenals are way on overdrive. We already know this. But what we may NOT know- I didn't until just a couple of days ago- this links to the THYMUS, the anti-aging and immunity gland. And, it turns out the Thymus is highly intelligent. Maybe that's why it becomes irate and begins to send out KILLER CELLS. BUT, remember, the cosmos is set up to provide a solution to every problem. So, here’s a tip that came in from someone who has had great success in TELLING PEOPLE TO TALK TO THEIR THYMUS. Seriously. He tells them: “put your hands over the thymus like you’re crossing your heart. Say something like “I’m going to change some habits so you won’t experience such trauma. I appreciate you. I love you.” He has seen major recoveries, in all age groups, by having people literally speak to their thymus. I called the woman who’s in the hospital in California, told her about this, she’s going to do it. And, based on my behavior over the past few days, here’s what I’m going to say to MY thymus (hands over heart!) “THYMUS, I’m ready to clear some addictive behavior patterns… YES, this means I am going to exercise some will power with my eating habits!" Why not try this? After all, the stronger the SPARK, the better the REALITY.
