Every thought creates a series of reactions in the body, involving emotions, hormone release....much more...

But beyond that, THOUGHTS- many beneath conscious awareness- PROGRAM US.

So here we are, with the capacity to create anything- on a personal and/or planetary level- but conditioned from an early age to do everything from a mind that may be talking non-sense.

THIS is the chatter that can keep consciousness/voltage LOW.

So, for the next few days I'm going to ask you to forget everything you know about THINKING.

Why? Because it turns out much of what we THINK is actually the opposite of what is TRUE. These are the thoughts that keep us from manifesting the life we truly desire.

For example- in reference to living till 150- did you have any thoughts like “ UGH! No way I would want to live that long! I'd be broke! OLD! Sick! The planet couldn't handle people living that long!...” etc.

If your answer is YES, just be aware of the impact of such thoughts.

So, I'd planned on moving on to the brow chakra with the group work.

(We've been working our way through an SRC-style chakra detox, and I'd gotten way behind schedule.)

Then a friend mentioned a book she was excited about-

AWAKENING THE THIRD EYE by Samuel Sagan, M.D.

Went to scribd.com, and there it was!

The information is worth sharing, but may take us in an unusual direction.

(no more same-old, same old when it comes to the brow chakra!)

For the group work, we're doing stress management related to non-beneficial thoughts.

Today's work will involve the Mastery, new p4 update*, and, from the Qi Gong panel, the LOTUS BLOSSOM DRINKS FROM GOD protocol, which means:

Giving the issue completely over to God. 

Also- just learned that for some reason yesterday's screen cast was blurry- not sure what happened!

Hopefully today's will be clear.
