THE MYSTERIOUS FORCE OF HEALING by Cathy D. Slaght


In today's screencast you'll see some of the issues we've been clearing this week - etheric, not physical- related to oral and/or mold infection.

There's plenty of information online about all this, so let's not obsess here. But, in the case of mold, about 25% of the population suffers from mold infection and it's also- along with oral infection- a major trigger for many diseases. 

What does mainstream medicine say about this? Well, in terms of mold, most health professionals typically won't even check to see if it could be an issue.

But, if an illness IS mold-related the person won't recover until the mold is gone- so, maybe it's a good idea to take some action steps. For example:
  1. Get a free mold test. (look online)
  2. Check out the wide variety of air purification systems on the market. Also you may want to invest in an ozonator and/or infrared sauna system.
  3. Diffuse essential oils. Mold reproduces by sending spores into air- rosemary ,thyme, sage and thieves essential oils are said to KILL these spores.
  4. Check out the benefits of fasting. Even with intermittent fasting the body gets 16 hours a day to detoxify. More extreme measures- like all those detox herbal kits and so on- may be driving toxins to weaker organs- do your own research.
  5. Consider a low-mold diet- and BTW candida is a form of mold. This involves eliminating sugars, grains, grained based foods/beverages like alcohol, corn, barley, dairy, rye, canned tomato products and many snack foods.

BUT- there's still plenty to eat, like real food, so let's focus on the positives. Brown rice, quinoa, high starch vegetables like potatoes, beans, fruits such as purple grapes, herbal teas- again, plenty of information available. For example, look up high mold-vs low mold nuts!

(Oh, okay- avoid peanuts, cashews and pistachios, or at least spray them with grapefruit extract, which is said to be an anti-fungal agent.)

As far as supplements, zinc is said to fight mold more than just about anything. Also check out B12, spirulina (said to grab mold and pull it out!)  a good probiotic, magnesium (which may be one of the most depleted minerals, sugar destroys it and we rarely find it in our food system.) D3, Omega 3s, maybe some activated charcoal at the end of the day..

Also- nettleleaf tea claims "super-healing" ability in fighting mold spores.

But- what about the people who do ALL of this- even more- and are still in poor health?

OR- how about those who affirm, tap, meditate, pray- spend a fortune on books, classes, workshops- and still aren't creating the life they desire?

Could there be some kind of mysterious FORCE we're missing? 

Science demonstrates there is- it's BELIEF. Through advanced technology it's now apparent that beliefs control the very particles of energy that make us who we are. .

It may be time to make better use of this power.

Hey honeypie, Good Morning. Just a small side note about Brown Rice. Dr. Gabbert told us long ago that brown rice is very unhealthy to eat because the germ becomes rancid almost immediately. So, I took a whiff of my brown rice and sure enough, stinky. Maybe that's why Asians eat white rice and we get the brown stinky stuff. Hey?

Yes, have read that brown rice quickly goes rancid! Now even at Chipolte I get white :(
