The power to manifest can be frightening.

So our FEAR creates obstacles.

This is because our energy system works much like a computer. In fact, computers were modeled after the human brain.

And any computer, man-made or otherwise, needs an operator.

Our "human computer operator" is known as the ego.

Now think about your man-made computer, and how you, as the operator/ego, feel when an upgrade flashes on your screen.

"Download now, yes? no? later?" it may say.

Most people check NO or LATER.

Yes, it might be an improvement. But you're not sure you will know how to work with it. You're afraid it might mess up your computer, too.

You're used to your present system.

Plus this upgrade message is irritating. It interrupts what you're doing.

On a much larger scale, it's the same with our internal software.

For example- you achieve your ideal size and shape. You start getting some really positive attention. Then, somehow, you just can't stop eating.

All the weight comes back.

OR, you learn about working with the subconscious mind, and begin to manifest.  In comes money. the ideal relationship, vibrant health, whatever your heart's desire. Then, everything falls apart.

You lose it all.

Many know this scenario all too well.

But what we may NOT understand is that our computer operator, the ego, was afraid that we wouldn't be able to understand the intricacies of the new programs- being attractive, loved, filled with energy - so we simply defaulted back to the old system.

It's safe.

And of course that's a program, too.

Still, non-beneficial programs can be deleted. There are many ways, and it takes some work. It can be painful, because you have to accept that some things you've been taught aren't true.

The key may be to first understand how the energy system really functions. It's all related to personal voltage.

But with this understanding, you realize that ANY day can be a fresh start.  

Today might be especially appropriate for that realization.
