Yesterday I tried to take a video with my smart phone- a new experience. Was trying to demonstrate how easy it could be to make the SEVEN ESSENTIALS an part of every day living.

(Well, SIX essentials- you don't have to go to a biological dentist every day)

The first video turned out ok, except there was no sound. The second might have been passable, except that it was upside down and I never could turn it around.

There's obviously a learning curve. I'll try again- maybe later today.

Because right now there are more important things to focus on.

Like, for example, whether or not  transgenders can chose which public restroom they want to use.

America appears preoccupied with this issue- after all it involves the bathroom freedom of .03% of Americans.

And then, PRINCE is dead!

Apparently there's no head space left to think about anything else - like the apparent corruption of the government, the poisons in our air, food, and water, family unit breakdown, and so on.

And, for sure, who wants to think about healthy food and water when there's political and celebrity intrigue?

It's understandable.

And our physical and mental health? Not to worry, life will be fine if we just think positive.

Plus, as far as the toilet thing, there's some good news.

It may soon be a non-issue.  

We have so many urinating in the streets that the cops don't have time to handle it, so at some point it may no longer be a crime.

In fact, in NYC many believe it is racist to object to public urination. That includes urinating on women, which goes on in the refugee centers.

So, soon we may not need public restrooms anyway. Just potty in the streets.

So, there it is- things seem to work themselves out if you just keep a positive attitude.
