WELCOME TO THE TRUE WORLD OF HEALTH by Cathy D. Slaght
It's hard to go against the things we were conditioned to believe. So, we continue to be programmed, robot style, that we must turn to this or that branch of the medical industry to maintain our health.
But, at some point, truth always comes to the surface.
And so, a series of illusions are coming to light - lies we've been told- massive corruption- related to MANY institutions we've trusted. We're focusing on the health care system.
To be clear, this corruption is coming from the TOP. In the case of health care, most medical doctors want their patients to be healthy. But their education- even sometimes their practice- is controlled.
Growing numbers- including doctors- now acknowledge that we can't go on this way . We must educate ourselves, and then take charge of our OWN health. But where to start?
Probably with minerals. Mineral deficiency may be the root of the root, when it comes to disease. There are 18 minerals, but 4 are critical, calcium, iron, magnesium and copper.
Keeping it to the point, since most of us are overwhelmed with information:
Most people have too much calcium.
Same with iron, because it's accumulated with age. Too much blocks energy production, which could be why we slow down as we get older.
Magnesium seems to be what most are deficient in. We need 5 mg per pound of body weight. Stress depletes it, as does exercise. Also, with age, the rate at which magnesium is burned increases.
Finally, too much iron and/or calcium kills off magnesium. So here's where copper comes in- it helps channel these minerals into the right place.
We need to eat foods that provide these minerals, and also supplement.
But what supplements? There is no “one size fits all”. Many of us have ended up spending a fortune, with clutter being the main result.
So, in today's screen cast – always ,etheric, never physical- I'm going to demo a couple of things I do for myself every day with the SRC in reference to this- then we'll move on to the group work.
