Under the Communist regime, in order to survive government oppression, here’s what they figured out:

AT EVERY MOMENT, WE’RE CHOOSING WHAT WORLD WE WANT TO LIVE IN.

We do this, primarily on a subconscious level, by responding to numbers, codes, and “zip files” in the informational matrix we’re a part of.

It’s how we “operate”.

Images – particularly embedded with codes- are quite effective in creating reality shifts.

We can do this consciously, too.

A very small group of the population knows this, but they’ve kept the positive aspects “in the family”

And used the negative to manipulate the masses.

BUT Russian peasants, with the misery they were experiencing, figured it out- via ancient knowledge passed down through generations.

NOTE: they ultimately shifted Communism OUT

One of the superstars of this movement was Grigori Grabovoi.

So, last night I sat up too late – again- but for a positive reason- collecting more Grabovoi images for the SRC4YOU!

This means, again, I wasn’t able to get up at 4 am.

Hopefully tomorrow can get back on track.

But I want to share one simple exercise Grabovoi taught- this is not a meditation- it takes just moments-

Picture the number 8.

In the top half of the 8, picture the words NORM OF THE CREATOR.

In the bottom loop, image/visualize what it is you want, followed by the numbers 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9

1= beginning of the action

2=the action itself

3=the result of the action

4-9 = the unfolding of events

So, I pictured “NORM OF THE CREATOR”, (in other words, for the highest good) in the top loop of the 8.

In the lower loop I visualized “I want to get up at 4 am on a regular basis. I must go to bed at 10 or before. I now arise at 4 am on a regular basis.

And after those 3 statements, I visualized the numbers 123456789

What could it hurt to give this a try?
