Write the frequency on a bottle of water- 7269726874787973- place it on your left side. (left is for receiving).

There is another frequency for enhancing healing ability- 71689657787- recite this number 7 times.

Then transfer the bottle to your right hand and say, 3 times, " Raise and Stabilize the potential to 200 thousand." Lloyd advises not to go over 200 thousand, as higher seems to be too strong for the energetic body.
